Successful Completion of Three Solar Roof Projects: Huge Energy’s Solar Mounting System Fuels the Company’s Energy Transition.

With the global demand for renewable energy continuously rising, PV power generation as a key of clean energy, is gaining favored by companies. Recently, Huge Energy’s solar mounting system successfully assisted three technology-focused and production-focused enterprises in implementing efficient solar solutions, achieving the energy transformation and transitioning smoothly to green clean energy and advancing sustainable development goals.

Hi-P Group specializes in the production of small appliances and rubber products. To effectively and continuously reduce carbon emissions, Hi-P Group has confirmed a “Photovoltaic + Industry” development strategy with Wencuo Community, which is a shared construction of a 1MW distributed solar power plant on an 8,000 m² factory roof, which is expected to generate around 3,200 kWh of electricity every day, totaling up to 1.2 million kWh each year. The solar mounting system of Huge Energy not only ensures that the solar panels are securely installed but also makes the best use of the factory roof space, addressing long-standing leakage issues.

Once put into use, this solar plant will significantly cut carbon dioxide emissions by 1,200 tons and sulfur dioxide emissions by 36 tons annually. The electricity generated will meet about 80% of the company’s energy needs, leading to an estimated savings of RMB 200,000 per year on electricity costs. This collaboration also enhances the rural collective economic efficiency, reduces building thermal load and roof aging, and achieves both “scenic and financial” gains, with expected “sunshine profits,” with an anticipated revenue increase of RMB 85,000!

Jiangsu Hengyi Industrial Technology Co., Ltd. specializes in producing parts for new energy vehicles and construction machinery. At the heart of their operations is a state-of-the-art digital production base, featuring a 41,579.2 m² metal roof and a solar installation with a total capacity of 4.34 MW.

Huge Energy designed a solar racking system that maximizes the use of the flat roof, ensuring efficient space usage while meeting strict carbon footprint standards.

This solar plant is projected to generate around 5.073 million kWh of clean electricity each year. This will save the equivalent of 1,653.6 tons of standard coal and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by approximately 4,272.56 tons annually—like planting 252 new trees every year! Additionally, the rooftop installation helps cool the factory, enhancing the work environment by reducing the need for air conditioning and cutting energy costs for the company.

Jinbaoli (Jiangsu) New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. focuses on developing components for new energy vehicles, power batteries, metal products, and electronic parts. Huge Energy provided customized solar racking solutions for Jinbaoli’s production base, which features both metal and concrete roofs.

For the concrete roof, Huge Energy’s solar mounting system, combined with a concrete foundation and a fixed tilt angle installation, maximizes power generation efficiency. For the metal roof, he flat solar mounting system not only enhances power generation but also adds a protective layer to the roof, which helps extend its lifespan.

These rooftop solar power plants have a total capacity of 1.998 MW and are projected to generate about 2.1058 million kWh of clean electricity each year. And it will save around 634.91 tons of standard coal annually and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 1,739.43 tons – making a significant impact on reducing greenhouse gases and promoting sustainable development.

In the future, Huge Energy will continue to showcase its technological advantages and innovative spirit in various “photovoltaic + industry” sectors. We will explore more efficient and intelligent energy solutions to meet the ever-changing demands of the market and industry and aim to actively seek deeper partnerships with industry players, supporting more companies in transition to green energy and collaboratively addressing global energy challenges.
